🌐Our Approach
“Co‑creating solutions with girls, women, and communities — participation is our first priority.”
👧 Girl‑Centered
Every initiative begins with the voices of girls aged 5 to 22. We listen, ask, and co‑create — ensuring their perspectives shape the solutions we design. Without their participation, projects cannot be set.
👩👩👧 Intergenerational Women’s Leadership
Our committees and sub‑committees are led primarily by women, from age 18 to 75 and beyond. This intergenerational leadership blends youthful insight with seasoned wisdom, keeping girls’ and women’s realities at the center.
👥 Inclusive Participation
We recognize that women’s issues — especially those related to reproductive health — cannot be solved without the full participation of boys and men. Console Mission integrates husbands, fathers, and adolescent boys into dialogue, making safeguarding and health shared responsibilities.
🔍 Issue Verification & Support
🧵
Shortcode textWe rely on conversations, media, and advisers to detect emerging issues. These are verified through surveys and assessments, because what is heard is not always what is found. When needs are confirmed — such as financial support or training to start a business — Console Mission provides training and startup funds to empower families and individuals.
🛡 Prevention Priority
When funding is available, we strengthen prevention areas. For example, in schools where children face social or psychological distractions, we emphasize the need for counseling offices. Prevention safeguards education and well‑being before problems escalate.
🏛 Participatory Governance
🌉
Shortcode textConsole Mission’s People’s Committee meets monthly to plan solutions for local issues. For example, if children need a bridge to reach school safely, the Committee designs the plan collectively. Console Mission shares these authentic, community‑driven plans with local government and international donors, ensuring urgent needs are addressed quickly.
