🌄Theory of Change

🌄Theory of Change

Bridging barriers toward brighter futures.

Console Mission’s Theory of Change explains how our girl‑centered, participatory approach leads to long‑term impact. We begin by listening to communities and identifying barriers that prevent children — especially girls — from continuing their education. Beyond poverty and scarce materials, families often face political instability, nepotism, and low wages, which push them to prioritize immediate income over schooling.

Through surveys, assessments, and the People’s Committee, we design solutions that combine prevention (like school counseling offices) with empowerment (training and startup funds for families). These activities generate outputs such as safer schools, stronger women’s committees, and livelihood opportunities. Over time, outcomes include improved safeguarding, reduced dropout rates, and stronger community leadership. The ultimate impact is resilience: girls and women empowered to lead, families supported to thrive, and communities prepared to sustain peace and development.
