Console Mission is a women‑led, community‑driven organization founded by three friends who dedicated their lives to service in Nepal’s not‑for‑profit sector. In a society where leadership is often male‑oriented, they chose a different path — building a movement rooted in dignity, trust, and empowerment.
Women hold the majority of leadership positions in Console Mission, guiding strategy, operations, and grassroots mobilization. This foundation ensures that our programs — from hygiene campaigns and elder advocacy to scholarships and learning centers — reflect the lived realities of the communities we serve.
